3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days with return authorization and instructions.

  4. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  5. Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Please do not return any item without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Konouz Egypt Replica Treasures will cover the cost of return shipping. Return instructions will be provided by our support team after your request has been approved.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days. You will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.


5.2 Approved Refunds


If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.3 Rejected Refunds

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Photographs of the packaging, where applicable.

Upon verification, we will resolve the issue by providing a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotional events or at discounted prices may be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Products specifically designated as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
