Yuya & Tuya Faithful Replicas

Thuya and her husband Yuya were the parents of Tiye, the great queen of the 18th Dynasty king Amenhotep III, one of ancient Egypt’s most successful rulers. Their tomb, discovered in the Valley of the Kings in 1905, was a phenomenal find, and included many of its original luxurious contents. The mummies of Yuya and Thuya themselves were found too, both wearing beautiful gilded masks made of cartonnage (layers of linen stiffened with gypsum or plaster).
