The Meidum Geese is a celebrated 4,600-year-old painted plaster panel. It depicts six geese in a garden, as a part of a wall painting was found in the Mastaba of Nefermaat and his wife, Itet, at Meidum, from the Old Kingdom (4th Dynasty, c. 2600 BC). The geese were depicted below a scene. It was showing men trapping birds in a clap net and offering them to the tomb’s owner.


This piece is accompanied by Certificate R , issued by Konouz in collaboration with the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities. It confirms that the replica faithfully represents the original artifact, developed through verified historical research and skilled artisan craftsmanship.
